Explanation of the endorsements

Endorsement 1106 and 6269:
Exporters are to present a combination of laboratory analysis, crop inspection reports or area of production freedom report to endorse freedom from Sugar beet nematode (Heterodera schachtii), Blackleg fungus (Leptosphaeria maculans) and Blast of oil palm (Phythium splendens).

A combination of visual inspection of a representative sample and crop inspection report may be used for endorsing freedom from Darnel ryegrass (Lolium temulentum) and Sandbar (Cenchrus spp).
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 1106)
1) A representative sample was found free throughlaboratory testing of Sugar beet nematode (Heterodera schachtii), Blacklegfungus (Leptosphaeria maculans), Blast of oil palm (Phythium splendens) andDarnel ryegrass (Lolium temulentum).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 6269)
1) The consignment was found free through officialtesting and inspection procedure of Sugar beet nematode (Heterodera schachtii),Blackleg fungus (Leptosphaeria maculans), Darnel ryegrass (Lolium temulentum)and Sandbar (Cenchrus spp).

Import permits dated 31 March 2012 and 12 March 2020.
