Plants must be prepared under aseptic conditions. Plants must be exported in sterile media, in transparent, closed containers. Containers must be watertight.
Each package must be labelled with the plant species and variety. Each package must be labelled with "QUARANTINE MATERIAL VEGETABLE, SAG" in bold, red letters. These labels must be placed on at least two of the largest sides of the package, and cover at least 20% of the surface.
The Chilean government requires the type of laboratory analysis to be stated in point 3 of the endorsement. If a different type of analysis is to be used, please contact micorplants@aff.gov.au.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 4523)
1) The plant material has been produced through the in vitro tissue culture technique and has undergone at least two cycles of subculture and repotting.
2) Blueberry leaf mottle virus, Blueberry shock virus, Peach rosette mosaic virus and Pierce's disease (Xylella fastidiosa) are not known to occur in Australia;
3) The plants originate from mother plants that were inspected and analysed using RT- PCR at the optimal time for pest detection and found to be free from Blueberry stunt phytoplasma and Blueberry scorch virus.
4) The material originates from a laboratory which is under control of Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry for commercial supply of blueberry tissue culture material.
