1) The reproductive plant material has been produced under a nursery system, with the supervision or accreditation or recognition of the National Plant Protection Organisation of Australia,
2) The cuttings were inspected and found free of Kanzawai spider mite (Tetranychus kanzawai ), Spider mite (Tetranychus neocaledonicus), Yellow peach moth (Conogethes punctiferalis), Light brown apple moth (Epiphyas postvittana), Pear oyster scale (Diaspidiotus ostreaeformis), Mulberry scale (Pseudaulacaspis pentagona) and Apple grass aphid (Rhopalosiphum insertum),
3) The parent plants were inspected and laboratory tested using an appropriate diagnostic technique at the optimum time and found free of Bacterial canker of stone fruit (Xanthomonas arboricola pv pruni),
4) The consignment was inspected during active growth and extracted samples were subject to official laboratory testing and found free of Brown rot (Monilinia fructicola).
