Explanation of Endorsements

Endorsement 998:

No evidece is required to endorse freedom from Kahpra beetle (Trogoderma granarium) on the phytosanitary certificate.
Consignments to be fumigated against insects of the Bruchidale family with:

Phosphine at:

  • 2 grm/m3 for 7 days at 12-15 degrees Celsius;

OR

  • 2 grm/m3 for 6 days at 16-20 degrees Celsius;

OR

  • 2 grm/m3 for 5 days at 21-25 degrees Celsius;

OR

  • 2grm/m3 for 4 days at 26 degrees Celsius or greater

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
