ICR does not include Lolium temulentum seed.
It is the exporter's responsibility to ensurethat seeds meet Chile's quality requirements for seeds for sowing. Chile'sNPPO may reject consignments if they do not meet the requirements.
Any consignments with an ISTA analysis certificate which states a presence of soil greater than 0.1% of the sample (weight by weight) are required to be retested in Chile for soil. If testing in Chile confirms that soil presence is greater than 0.1% of the sample weight, the consignment will be rejected. Additionally, if soil is found during on-arrival inspection in Chile, the consignment will be rejected. It is the exporter's responsibility to ensure the soil content of a consignment meets Chile's requirements.Explanation of the endorsements:

- Bent grass nematode (Anguina agrostis) is not known to occur in Australia. No evidence is required to endorse freedom from this pest.
- A laboratory analysis certificate indicating that a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) process was used is required to endorse freedom from Nematodes (Anguina funesta).
Endorsement 7582:
- Bent grass nematode (Anguina agrostis) is not known to occur in Australia. No evidence is required to endorse freedom from this pest.
- A laboratory analysis certificate indicating that a nematode visualisation process was used is required to endorse freedom from Nematodes (Anguina funesta).
