This ICR applies to Capsicum annuum seed being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported Capsicum annuum seed that have been repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, this Micor case cannot be used.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.



A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.



The phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, listing additional declarations for freedom from Anthracnose (Colletotrichum acutatum), Leaf spot of peppers (Colletotrichum capsici) and Tomato brown rugose fruit virus, or a combination of phytosanitary certificates from the country of origin and/or country or countries of re-export which combined certify freedom from these three pests, must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection. The Authorised Officer must ensure the phytosanitary certificate(s) meets all requirements indicated on the import permit.
