Copy of the Import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of making appointment.

Plants rooted in agar or some other transparent or translucent tissue culture medium which are produced, contained, grown and exported in a sealed, sterile container are exempt from phytosanitary certification declarations regarding soil and / or pests.

Plants that are exported as ex-agar, are also exempt from phytosanitary certification declarations regarding soil and / or pests but must include the endorsement 3166.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
