When a treatment has been applied, the consignment must be accompanied with a treatment certificate.
A physical inspection will be carried out by PPSPDSD officers for all plants, plant products and regulated articles upon arrival at the entry port.
The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 7389)
1) the consignment is free from soil and weed seeds
2) the consignment is free from quarantine pest concerned by Cambodia and
3) the consignment must be accompanied with a treatment certificate if any
