Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Explanation of the endorsements

Endorsement 5774:

A crop inspection report is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Witch weed (Striga spp) and Broomrape (Orobanche spp).

Endorsement 5775:

A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Witch weed (Striga spp) and Broomrape (Orobanche spp).

If required the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" can be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 5774)
1) The crop was inspected at active growth and found to be free of Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Witch weed (Striga spp) and Broomrape (Orobanche spp).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 5775)
1) The shipment was found free through laboratory testing of Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Witch weed (Striga spp) and Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
Import permit dated 2 October 2019.
