Explanation of the endorsements:
- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient for endorsing freedom from Lesser meal worm (Alphitobius laevigatus), Psocids (Liposcelis paeta) and Granary weevil (Sitophilus granarius).

Endorsement 6935:

- Crop inspection report to be presented to the Authorised Officer for endorsing freedom from Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Broomrape (Orobanche spp.) and Witch weed (Striga spp.).
Endorsement 6936:
- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is required to endorse freedom from Lesser meal worm (Alphitobius laevigatus), Psocids (Liposcelis paeta) and Garanary weevil (Sitophilus granarius).
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from for endorsing freedom from Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Broomrape (Orobanche spp.) and Witch weed (Striga spp.).
- If required, the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" can be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@aff.gov.au).
- Crop inspection report to be presented to the Authorised Officer for endorsing freedom from Broomrape (Orobanche spp.) and Witch weed (Striga spp.).
Additional declaration is only to be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate when the import permit specifically states this requirement. Import permits sighted in which there is no specific pest or diseases are to be issued with nil additional declaration.

This is not mandatory unless specified on the import permit; visual inspection by an Authorised Officer may be used to endorse freedom from these pests if no treatment requirement is listed on the import permit.
If provided, details of the treatment may be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate in the treatment section. If this is to be done:
1) The crop was inspected at active growth and found to be free of Green bristlegrass (Setaria viridis).

1) A representative found free through laboratory testing of Green bristlegrass (Setaria viridis).

2) Crop was inspected during active growth and found to be free from Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Witch weed (Striga spp) and Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
Option 4 (EXDOC Endorsement 902)
1) A representative sample was inspected and found to be free of Lesser meal worm (Alphitobius laevigatus), Dried fruit beetle (Carpophilus mutilatus), Grain psocids (Liposcelis entomophila), Psocids (Liposcelis paeta), Granary weevil (Sitophilus granarius) and Hairy fungus beetle (Typhaea stercorea),
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Witch weed (Striga spp) and Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
