Copy of the Import permit must be presented to the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources Authorised Officer at the time of making the appointment.
Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
Exporters are to refer to the import permit to determine the appropriate Additional Declaration.

1) Stewart's disease (Erwinia stewartii), Philippine downy mildew (Sclerospora philippensis) and Sugarcane downy mildew (Sclerospora saccheri) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Maize downy mildew (Sclerospora maydis) and Brown stripe downy mildew (Sclerophthora rayssiae var zeae).
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement No 605)
1) Grain borer (Prostephanus truncatus), Borer (Ostrinia nubilalis), Maize ergots (Claviceps gigantean), Anthracnose (Kabtiella zeae), Stewart's disease (Erwinia stewartii), Tropical rust (Physopella zeae), Philippine downy mildew (Peronosclenospore philippinensis), Downy mildew of sorghum (Peronosclenospore sorghi), Philippine downy mildew (Sclerospora philippensis) and Sugarcane downy mildew (Sclerospora saccheri) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free from Thrips (Limthrips cerealium) and Maize weevil (Sitophilus spp),
3) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Maize downy mildew (Sclerospora maydis) and Southern corn blight (Drechslera maydis).
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement No 606)
