Explanation of the endorsements

Endorsement 2770:
  • A area freedom or crop inspection certificate, or a combination of the two, is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial blight (Pseudomonas andropogonis), Bacterial leaf streak (Xanthomonas holcicola), Black helminthosporium (Helminthosporium spp.) and Fusarium spp.
Endorsement 6331:
  • A area freedom or crop inspection certificate, or a combination of the two, is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial blight (Pseudomonas andropogonis), Bacterial leaf streak (Xanthomonas holcicola), Zonate leaf spot (Gloeocercospora sorghi), and Sorghum halepense (Johnson grass).
  • Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from Fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda).
Endorsement 6798:
  • A area freedom or crop inspection certificate, or a combination of the two, is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial blight (Pseudomonas andropogonis), Bacterial leaf streak (Xanthomonas holcicola), Ergots (Claviceps spp), Black helminthosporium (Helminthosporium spp.), and Fusarium wilt (Fusarium spp).
  • Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from Fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda).
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
If stated by import permit, consignments are to be fumigated with anappropriate fumigant at manufacturers' recommended rates.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2770)
1) The area of production is free from Bacterial blight (Pseudomonas andropogonis), Bacterial leaf streak (Xanthomonas holcicola), Black helminthosporium (Helminthosporium spp.) and Fusarium spp.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 6331)
1) The area of production is free from Bacterial blight (Pseudomonas andropogonis), Bacterial leaf streak (Xanthomonas holcicola), Zonate leaf spot (Gloeocercospora sorghi), Sorghum halepense (Johnson grass) and Fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda).

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 6798)
1) The area of production is free from Bacterial blight (Pseudomonas andropogonis), Bacterial leaf streak (Xanthomonas holcicola), Ergots (Claviceps spp), Black helminthosporium (Helminthosporium spp.), Fusarium rot (Fusarium spp) and Fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda).
Import permits dated 1 July 2018 and 23 June 2020.
