The import permit number must be quoted on the phytosanitary certificate.
ICR refers to processed oats:
- Flaked Oats,
- Kiln-Dried Hulled Oats, etc.
These products can be exported under import permits that list the product name as 'Oats'.
Explanation of the endorsements
Endorsement 5931:
Applies if a visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from soil (as per normal tolerances).
If the import permit requires certification in relation to extraneous material, the exporter must provide evidence that the extraneous material is not above 1% through laboratory test result. Certification can be provided on a Certificate as to Condition (GX46) if requested.
Consignments are to be fumigated with an appropriate fumigant at recommended manufacturers requirements.
Fumigation details are only to be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate when stated on the import permit.
