Explanation of the endorsements
- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient for endorsing freedom from Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable) and Oriental cowpea weevil (Callosobruchus chinensis).
- A laboratory analysis certificate must be presented as evidence that the seeds were tested and found free of Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense).
- If required, the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" can be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@awe.gov.au).
- A crop inspection report must be presented as evidence that the crop was inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Broomrape (Orobanche spp).
