Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 1393)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica),
2) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii), White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides besseyi) and Witchweed (Striga curviflora, Striga parviflora, Striga multiflora and Striga squamigera).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 1386)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica),
2) The consignment was found to be free by official laboratory testing of Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium  pilosella), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii) and White tip nematode (Aphelenchoides besseyi),
3) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Witchweed (Striga curviflora, Striga parviflora, Striga multiflora and Striga squamigera).
