Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 4586)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile),
2) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Medusa head (Taeniatherum caput medusae), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii), Doublegee (Emex australis) and Witchweed (Striga curviflora, Striga parviflora, Striga multiflora and Striga squamigera).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 4587)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile),
2) The consignment was found to be free by official laboratory testing of Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Medusa head (Taeniatherum caput medusae),  Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii) and  Doublegee (Emex australis),
3) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Witchweed (Striga curviflora, Striga parviflora, Striga multiflora and Striga squamigera).
