Explanation of the endorsements
Phytosanitary visual inspection of a representative sample may be used to endorse freedom from Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile).
Endorsement 610 and 2271:
If required the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" can be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
Endorsement 7967:
- Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile).
- A crop inspection report is required to endorse freedom from Nodding broomrape (Orobanche cernua), Common broomrape (Orobanche minor) and Branched broomrape (Orobanche ramosa) and Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense).
Endorsement 7968:
- Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile).
- A crop inspection report must be presented as evidence of freedom from Nodding broomrape (Orobanche cernua), Common broomrape (Orobanche minor) and Branched broomrape (Orobanche ramosa).
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense).
- If required the laboratory analysis certificate number and date can be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP) as: LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER <NUMBER> / DATE <DATE>. There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@aff.gov.au).
