Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Phytosanitary visualinspection is used to endorse freedom from Warehouse beetle (Trogodermavariabile) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica).

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 1113)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica),
2) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii) and Witchweed (Striga curviflora, Striga parviflora, Striga multiflora and Striga squamigera).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 3863)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica),
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), and Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii),
3) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Witchweed (Striga curviflora, Striga parviflora,Striga multiflora and Striga squamigera).
