Unless specified within the commodity list below, the Department is unaware of any specific requirement for edible non-prescribed goods that are for export to the Philippines.

The Department is not aware of any prohibited highly processed plant products for the Philippines.
3.1 Government certification
The Philippines' quarantine regulation allows the importation of highly processed plant products to be accompanied by either a phytosanitary certificate or an NX188B "Declaration and Certificate as to Condition" issued by the Department.
For highly processed plant products, such as heat-treated rolled oats, plant-based spreads and cereals exported to the Philippines, an NX188B (NEXDOC) certificate with endorsement 9013 may be issued.
