Port of entry requirements
Western Samoa -
Statutory declaration by the owner including the number and sex, and stating that the birds are free from vermin and have been disease free for the six months prior to shipment.
General health certificate attesting to disease freedoms and negative test results for salmonella pullorum and ILT. The certificate must also endorse the owner's declaration.
American Samoa -
General health certificate, and statement that as far as can be determined the birds were not exposed to any contagious disease in the 60 days preceding shipment.
