General Requirements

​Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Micor case can include chickpeas – split (chana dahl). Exporter should seek confirmation of import requirements from the NPPO prior to export.

​Permitted entry without an accompanying phytosanitary certificate.

Chickpeas (whole or split) are a prescribed grain and still require an Authorised Officer inspection and the issuance of an export permit.
