Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
This Micor case applies to products that comprise mixes of different hay and straw of cereals crops. However, rice straw is prohibited.
If the percentage of hay is higher than straw the RFP will be raised as hay mix and alternatively, if the percentage of straw is higher the RFP will be raised as straw mix.
Phytosanitary certificate is to be issued with the details of the ingredients and to include the botanical names (under the relevant column of the phytosanitary certificate).
The description on the Phytosanitary certificate under the Name of Produce should follow example format HAY MIX or STRAW MIX CONSISTING OF: <INGREDIENT 1, INGREDIENT 2, INGREDIENT 3 etc>. There is to be no deviation from this text format. This information must be listed in the Additional Product Description field of the RFP.
Consignments must be inspected at the port of arrival in Korea.
