Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Plants are to be bare rooted.

1) Cherry fruit worm (Cydia packardi) and Tomato ringspot virus are not known to occur in Australia,
2) Nematode (Xiphinema spp), Bacterial canker in sweet cherry (Pseudomonas syringae pv. morsprunorum), Burrowing nematode (Radopholus similis) and Tobacco ringspot virus are known not to occur in the area of production,
3) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Apple mussel scale (Lepidosaphes ulmi) and Japanese beetle (Popilla japonica).
