Laboratory test analysis report is to be cited for certifying freedom from Alfalfa bacterial wilt (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Leaf and pod spot (Phoma pinodella), Crown and root rot (Verticillium dahliae) and Verticillium wilt (Verticillium albo-atrum).

Leaf freckle (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp nebraskensis), Potato nematode (Ditylenchus destructor), Corn earworm (Helicoverpa zea), American serpentine leaf-miner (Liriomyza trifolii), Phymatotrichopsis root rot (Phymatotrichopsis omnivora), Peanut stunt virus and Pierce's disease (Xylella fastidiosa) are not known to occur in Australia and the consignment may be certified free of this without citing any evidence.
