Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
Original and official translation of the Import permit must be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at the time of making the appointment.
The following are able to be certified without supporting evidence being provided:
Damping off: tea (Calonectria kyotensis) as this not found on seed export pathway.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement No 1104)
1) Sheath net-blotch (Cylindrocladium scoparium) is not known to occur in Australia,
2) Using official procedures, the consignment is found free from the evidence of Damping off: tea (Calonectria kyotensis),
3) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Red imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta).
