A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Endorsement 3123​​:

  • Stem galls of coriander (Protomyces macrospores) is not known to occur in Australia.​ No evidence is required to endorse freedom from this pest. 
  • The exporter is to provide a crop inspection report​ to endorse freedom from Broomrape (Orobanche spp)​.
Endorsement 7755:
  • Stem galls of coriander (Protomyces macrospores) is not known to occur in Australia.​ No evidence is required to endorse freedom from this pest. 
  • ​The exporter is to provide a laboratory analysis certificate​ to endorse freedom from Broomrape (Orobanche spp)​.
  • If required the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE)" can be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@aff.gov.au).​​​​
​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
