General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
​Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Expllanation of the endorsements

Endorsement 4822:

Iif required the statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER) / DATE (DATE) can be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). There is to be no deviation from this text format. To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).

Phytosanitary visual inspection is to be used for endorsing freedom from Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica).

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 4821)
1) The consignment was inspected and found free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica).
2) The consignment originates from a crop which was officially inspected during its growth period at appropriate times to detect any pests and found free of Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii) and Nematodes (Anguina funesta).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 4822)
1) The consignment was inspected and found free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable) and Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica).
2) The consignment was found to be free by official laboratory testing of Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii) and Nematodes (Anguina funesta).
