The entire consignment was sourced from birds which were kept in a country or state that is free of Highly Pathogenic Notifiable Avian Influenza (HPNAI) and Newcastle disease according to the OIE Code Articles 10.4.3 and 10.9.14 respectively, either since hatched or for at least the past 21 days.
The products in the consignment do not contain any substances harmful to human health and have been commercially processed, prepared, packaged, and transported according to the public health legislative requirements of Australia.

3.5 Consignments under 10 kg and trade samples
Vanuatu has no known requirements for consignments under 10 Kg and trade samples that differ from those required in the Export Control (Eggs and Egg Products) Rules 2021. Please contact your importer for more information before sending a consignment under or equal to 10 Kg.
4. Import procedures
4.1 Import permit
An import permit is required for table eggs exported from Australia to Vanuatu.
4.2 Port of entry inspection and testing
Upon arrival the material will be inspected, and any consignment found to be non-compliant with the specified conditions may be seized, treated, destroyed or re-exported at the owner's expense.
