3.1 Cage, barn and free-range table eggs
There is no agreed certificate for the import of cage, barn or free-range eggs into Papua New Guinea.

3.3 Egg products that are heat treated
For processed egg and egg products produced for human consumption, use Health Certificate template EX46EG with additional endorsement.
Additional Endorsement
‘I declare that all products in this consignment are covered by a valid permit for Papua New Guinea.
Canned food that contains eggs as a component
For canned food that contains eggs as a component, use EX46 with endorsement signed by a Departmental veterinary officer.
The exporter must provide a declaration:
- That the cans have been processed so that the contents achieved a minimum of 100 °C for a minimum of 1 minute
- Stating the exact temperature used in the manufacturing process and duration of heating
- Stating the country of origin of the eggs.
I am familiar with the process of manufacture and have no reason to doubt the truth of the manufacturer’s declaration.
3.4 Manufacturing grade products
There is no agreed certificate for the import of manufacturing grade products into Papua New Guinea.
3.5 Consignments under 10kg and trade samples
There is no agreed certificate for the import of consignments under 10kg and trade samples into Papua New Guinea.
