Pre-Export Preparations

The donor boar has been kept in isolation from other animals for at least 30 days before the collection of semen.

The donor has within 30 days of semen collection been subject to the following tests with negative results-
.Brucella suis by agglutination test (titre less than 30 IU is
considered negative - the test must include dilutions up to
.Leptospirosis (pomona) by agglutination lysis test (less than
50% agglutination at 1:200 is negative)
.Tuberculosis by intradermal avian and mammalian tuberculin
