Original and official translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of making an appointment.

Restricted entry: consignments are only to be imported through Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.​

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.​

1) West Indian red scale (Selenaspidus articulatus), Canker of grapevine (Xylophilus ampelinus), Flavescence dorée of grapevine (Grapevine flavescence doree Phytoplasma) and SLRSV (Strawberry latent ringspot virus) are known not to occur in Australia.

2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of ArMV (Arabis mosaic virus), Johnson grass (Sorghum halepense), Verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahlia), Pacific mealybug (Planococcus minor), Stubby-root nematode (Trichodorus spp),  Stubby-root nematode (Paratrichodorus spp), Fire ant (Solenospsis invicta), Japanese beetle (Popillia japonica), SoMV (Sowbane mosaic virus), Lesion nematode (Pratylenchus spp), Candidatus phy​toplasma australiense, White garden snail (Theba pisana), Fruit fly (Ceratitis spp), Russian knapweed (Centaurea repens), Southern root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne spp), ​Pineapple eye rot (Cephalosporium sacchari), Needle nematode (Longidorus spp), Grape phylloxera (Viteus vitifoliae), CRSV (Carnation ringspot virus), Eutypa lata (Eutypa dieback), Burrowing nematode (Radopholus similis), Brown garden snail (Helix aspersa) and PNRV (Prunus necrotic ringspot virus)​.
