​Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Consignments are to be bare rooted or exported in a soil-less media.

​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

1) Oriental fruit fly (Bactrocera dorsalis), Fireblight (Erwinia amylovora), Tomato ringspot virus and Fruit fly (Rhagoletis spp) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) Apple stem grooving virus, Nematodes (Meloidogyne spp, Paratrichodorus spp, Trichodorus spp and Xiphinema americanum), Apple anthracnose (Pezicula malicorticis), Root lesion nematode (Pratylenchus spp), Prunus necrotic ringspot virus, California dagger nematode (Xiphinema index), Brulure (Eutypa lata) and Twig blight: lilac (Phytophthora syringae) are known not to occur in the area of production,
3) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Northern Territory fruit fly (Bactrocera aquilionis), Lesser Queensland fruit fly (Bactrocera neohumeralis), Queensland fruit fly (Bactrocera tryoni), Fruit fly (Bactrocera spp, Ceratitis spp and Dacus spp), Mediterranean fruit fly  (Ceratitis capitata), Carob moth (Ectomyelois ceratoniae), Woolly apple aphid (Eriosoma lanigerum), Apple mussel scale (Lepidosaphes ulmi), Japanese beetle (Popilla japonica) and Apple scab (Venturia inaequalis).
