General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Endorsement 796
Applies to consignments that are unable to be certified, and are to be treated with a appropriate fungicide (seed dressing) at recommended manufacturers requirements prior to packaging.

The Phytosanitary certificate will be certified with No Additional Declaration.

Consignments are to be fumigated with an appropriate fumigant at recommended manufacturers requirements 14 days prior to export

Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and to present to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection
Details of treatment are not to be endorsed on the Phytosanitary certificate in the treatment section.

The original fumigation certificate must accompany the consignment
