General Requirements

​Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Phytosanitary visual inspection may be used for endorsing freedom from Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable).

​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 1380)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable),
2) Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Wheat nematode (Anguina tritici) are known not to occur in the area of production,
3) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Witch weed (Striga spp).

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 1413)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable),
2) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Witch weed (Striga spp), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Wheat nematode (Anguina tritici).

Option 4 (EXDOC Endorsement 1394)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable),
2) The crop was officially inspected during the growing period and found to be free of Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Wheat nematode (Anguina tritici),
3) Witch weed (Striga spp) is known not to occur in the area of production.

Option 5 (EXDOC Endorsement 1402)
1) The consignment is free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variable),
2) The consignment was found to be free by official laboratory testing of Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Wheat nematode (Anguina tritici).
