Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Exporter to provide Statutary declaration that the plants have been grown in inert material and the ingredients of the inert material and to present to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection.

1) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Arabis mosiac virus,
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Light brown apple moth (Epiphyas postvittana), Olive pyralid (Palpita unionalis), Apple weevil (Otiorhynchus cribricollis) and Olive lace bug (Froggettia olivinia),
3) Laboratory analysis has confirmed that the consignment is free of Oriental red mite (Eutetranychus orientalis),
4) The plants have been grown in inert material.
