General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

​Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements

Endorsement 3881:
Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient for endorsing freedom from Warehouse bettle (Trogoderma variabile).
A crop inspection certificate is required to endorse freedom from Sunflower broomrape (Orobanche cumana), Common broomrape (Orobanche minor) and Branched broomrape (Orobanche ramosa).
A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Perennial thistle (Cirsium avense), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii), Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella) and Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus).

2) The shipment comes from a crop that was officially inspected during the growing period at THE proper time to detect any pests and was found to be free of Sunflower broomrape (Orobanche cumana), Common broomrape (Orobanche minor), Branched broomrape (Orobanche ramosa),
3) The consignment was found to be free by official laboratory testing of Perennial thistle (Cirsium avense), Wild turnip (Brassica tournefortii), Mouse-ear hawkweed (Hieracium pilosella) and Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus).
