2. Documentation requirements
2.1 Government certification
The Department is unaware of any certification requirements for edible apiculture products for export to the Philippines.
An EX188B certificate (NEXDOC only) can be issued for edible apiculture products. However, exporters are encouraged to confirm the importing conditions through their importer, or if needed the government authority of the Philippines.

Highly processed plant products

The Department is not aware of any prohibited highly processed plant products for the Philippines.
2. Documentation requirements
2.1 Government certification
The Philippine's quarantine regulation allows the importation of highly processed plant products to be accompanied by either a phytosanitary certificate or an EX188B "Declaration and Certificate as to Condition" issued by the Department.
For highly processed plant products, such as heat-treated rolled oats, plant-based spreads and cereals exported to the Philippines, an EX188B certificate (manual only) may be issued with the following accompanying endorsement:
The products described above:
- are highly processed and have undergone a standard heat treatment process to minimise the risk of infestation/ contamination;
- are fit for their intended use.
