with negative results for-

.Infectious haematopoietic necrosis
.Infectious pancreatic necrosis
.Epizootic haematopoietic necrosis
.Furunculosis
.Enteric redmouth
.Bacterial kidney disease
.Whirling disease
.Proliferative kidney disease
.Other infectious diseases (any signs of)

1. AQIS can commence the export preparation after receiving the
import permit from the Chinese authority.

2. The export ova must be derived from fresh water salmonids.

3. The export ova must be fresh and not frozen.

4. The export ova must be for breeding and not for eating.

HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR FISH OVA TO CHINA

The fertile fish ova contained in this consignment were derived from fresh water salmonids and are fresh and not frozen.

The fish farm of origin has been examined by a veterinarian and found to be free from:
(a) Viral haemorrhagic septicaemia
(b) Infectious haematopoietic necrosis
(c) Infectious pancreatic necrosis
(d) Epizootic haematopoietic necrosis
(e) Furunculosis
(f) Enteric redmouth
(g) Bacterial kidney disease
(h) Whirling disease
(i) Proliferative kidney disease
(j) and other signs of infectious disease.

Additionally, the fish farm of origin has been found to be free from contagious disease for the last 3 years.
