General Requirements

​Permitted entry without an accompanying phytosanitary certificate.

These ICRs do not apply to seeds of Avena sterilis, which is a Federal Noxious Weed.​​

Oats (Avena spp) are a prescribed grain and consignments of over 10kg require an Authorised Officer inspection and the issuance of an export permit prior to export.
