General Requirements
General requirements
Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
This ICR applies to consignments being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported products whose phytosanitary status has been changed through processes such as repackaging or treatment, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the non-re-export Micor case for this commodity.
The original phytosanitary certificate (or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate) which accompanied the consignment on arrival in Australia must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection. If an import permit is required for the destination market, the Authorised Officer must verify that the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin meets all requirements indicated on the import permit.
Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.
