Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Plants are to be bare rooted.
Conditions apply to seedlings for experimental purposes only.

1) Tomato ringspot virus, Strawberry latent ringspot virus, Arabis mosaic virus and Tomato black ring virus are not known to occur in Australia,
2) Brown rot (Monilinia fructicola), Prunus necrotic ringspot virus, Bacterial canker in sweet cherry (Pseudomonas syringae pv. morsprunorum), Burrowing nematode (Radopholus similis) and Tobacco ringspot virus are known not to occur in the area of production,
3) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Fruit flies (Bactrocera spp, Ceratitis spp and Dacus spp), Apple mussel scale (Lepidosaphes ulmi), Fuller's rose weevil (Pantomorus cervinus) and Japanese beetle (Popilla japonica).
