unprocessed plant products,
processed foods composed of one or more ingredients of plant origin, and
wine.

Ingredients from third party countries
There is no restriction on the use of organic ingredients from third party countries, provided they are allowed under
National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce
(for export from Australia to India) or India’s
National Programme for Organic Production
(NPOP) (in the case of export from India to Australia).
Exclusions
Exporters should note the following organics products are currently excluded from the MRA:
in-conversion agricultural products and processed products made from in conversion agricultural products,
aquaculture products, including algae, seaweed and other aquatic plants or plant-like species,
greenhouse crops,
mushroom products,
apiculture products, and
livestock products.
Prohibitions
There are no specific prohibitions under the MRA.

In-conversion products
ORG_InConversionProducts
In-conversion agricultural products and processed products made from in-conversion agricultural products are excluded from the equivalence arrangement.
