2. REGARDING THE SEMEN COLLECTION AND PROCESSING CENTRE (SCPC) / DO CENTRO DE COLETA E PROCESSAMENTO DE SÊMEN (CCPS)

The semen has been collected in a Semen Collection and Processing Centre (SCPC) that is approved by the official veterinary service of Australia and complies with established conditions in the corresponding chapter of the current OIE Terrestrial Code applicable to the collection and processing of semen. / O sêmen foi coletado em um Centro de Coleta e Processamento de Sêmen (CCPS) registrado e aprovado pelo serviço veterinário da Austrália e cumpre com as condições estabelecidas no capítulo correspondente do Código Terrestre da OIE vigente aplicáveis à coleta e processamento de sêmen.

   8. Semen donors have been born and uninterruptedly remained in Australia until the semen has been collected, OR / Os doadores de sêmen nasceram e permaneceram ininterruptamente na Austrália até que o sêmen tenha sido coletado, OU
      
      In the case of imported donors, these have remained in the exporting country for the last sixty (60) days before semen collection, and came from a country with the same or better hygiene conditions. / No caso de doadores importados, estes permaneceram no país exportador nos últimos sessenta (60) dias antes da coleta de sêmen, e vieram de um país com as mesmas ou melhores condições de higiene.
      
      
   9. The donors have remained on sites, including the SCPC, where there have not been any reported cases of: / Os doadores permaneceram em locais, incluindo o CCPS, onde não houve nenhum caso relatado de:
      
      
      1. 9.1  Lentivirus (caprine arthritis-encephalitis), for the last three (3) years before the semen collection date; / Lentivírus (artrite-encefalite caprina), durante os últimos três (3) anos antes da data de coleta do sêmen;

Donors must be kept in isolation and monitored by the official veterinarian or the SCPC authorised veterinarian for a minimum of thirty (30) days before entering their accommodation and the SCPC semen collection facilities. Only healthy individuals that have tested negative to established diagnostic tests may enter said facilities. / Os doadores devem ser mantidos em isolamento e monitorados pelo veterinário oficial ou pelo veterinário autorizado pelo CCPS por um mínimo de trinta (30) dias antes de entrarem em suas acomodações e nas instalações de coleta de sêmen do CCPS. Somente indivíduos saudáveis que tenham apresentado resultados negativos nos testes diagnósticos estabelecidos podem entrar nas referidas instalações.
       
       
   11. The donor animals were not used for natural mating during their residence at the SCPC, including the pre-entry isolation period prior to admission to the SCPC. / Os animais doadores não foram utilizados em monta natural durante a sua permanência no CCPS, incluindo o período de isolamento pré-ingresso antes da admissão ao CCPS.
       
       
   12. 4. REGARDING DIAGNOSTIC TESTS / DE LAS PRUEBAS DE DIAGNOSTICO
   
   
   13. All tests were performed at National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accredited laboratories. The tests were carried out in accordance with the 'OIE Manual of Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines for Terrestrial Animals. / Todos os testes foram realizados em laboratórios credenciados pela Associação Nacional de Autoridades de Testes (NATA). Os testes foram realizados de acordo com o 'Manual de Provas de Diagnóstico e Vacinas para Animais Terrestres da OIE'.
       
       
   14. Donors of semen to be exported underwent diagnostic tests and tested negative for the diseases noted below during the isolation period preceding their entry into the SCPC for semen collection purposes and every six (6) months while they remain there: / Os doadores de sêmen a ser exportados foram submetidos a provas de diagnóstico e deram negativo para as doenças mencionadas abaixo durante o período de isolamento que precede sua entrada no CCPS para fins de coleta de sêmen e a cada seis (6) meses enquanto permaneceram lá:

       1. 16.1  Show no clinical sign of bluetongue on the day of collection and were kept in a zone free from bluetongue for at least 60 days before commencement of, and during, collection of the semen; or / Não demonstrar sinais clínicos de língua azul no dia da coleta e ter sido mantidos em uma zona livre de língua azul por pelo menos 60 dias antes do início e durante a coleta do sêmen; ou
          
          
       2. 16.2  the donor males showed no clinical sign of bluetongue on the day of collection; And / os machos doadores não demostraram sinais clínicos de língua azul no dia da coleta; e

5. REGARDING THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF THE SEMEN / DA COLETA, PROCESSAMENTO E ARMAZENAMENTO DO SÊMEN
   
   
   17. The semen has been collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the established recommendations in the relevant chapter of the current OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code. / O sêmen foi coletado, processado e armazenado de acordo com as recomendações estabelecidas no capítulo relevante do Código Sanitário dos Animais Terrestres da OIE.
       
       
   18. Whenever milk, egg yolk or any other animal protein was used in preparing the semen diluent, the product was free of pathogens or sterilised; milk heat-treated at 92°C for 3-5 minutes, eggs from SPF flocks when available. When egg yolk was used, it was separated from eggs using aseptic techniques. Alternatively, commercial egg yolk prepared for human consumption or egg yolk treated by, for example, pasteurisation or irradiation to reduce bacterial contamination, may be used. Other additives must also be sterilized before use as per OIE article 4.6.7. / Sempre que leite, gema de ovo ou qualquer outra proteína animal tenha sido usada no preparo do diluente de sêmen, o produto estava livre de patógenos ou esterilizado; leite tratado termicamente a 92°C por 3-5 minutos, ovos de tipo SPF, quando disponíveis. Quando a gema de ovo foi usada, ela era separada dos ovos usando técnicas assépticas. Alternativamente, pode-se utilizar gema de ovo comercial preparada para consumo humano ou gema de ovo tratada, por exemplo, por pasteurização ou irradiação para reduzir a contaminação bacteriana. Outros aditivos também devem ser esterilizados antes do uso, conforme o artigo 4.6.7 da OIE.
       
       
   19. If milk was used in semen processing, it originated from a country or region recognised by the OIE to be free from foot-and-mouth disease (with or without vaccination). / Caso leite tenha sido utilizado no processamento do sêmen, é originário de um país ou região reconhecida pela OIE como sendo livre de Febre Aftosa (com ou sem vacinação).
       
       
   20. The semen has been prepared properly, stored in clean, disinfected or new containers and the straws have been identified individually, including the date of collection. The semen has remained under the supervision of the veterinarian in charge at the SCPC until the time of shipment. / O sêmen foi adequadamente preparado, armazenado em botijões limpos, desinfectados ou novos, e as palhetas foram identificadas individualmente, incluindo a data de coleta.    21. The liquid nitrogen used in the container was new and the semen to be exported was stored only with semen of an equal health condition. / O nitrogênio líquido usado no botijão era novo, e o sêmen a ser exportado foi armazenado somente com sêmen de condição sanitária equivalente.
       
       
   22. The semen has not been exported earlier than 30 (thirty) days after collection, during which period no clinical evidence of transmissible diseases have been reported at the semen collection and processing centres or in the donors. / O sêmen não foi exportado antes dos 30 (trinta) dias posteriores à coleta, não tendo havido, nesse período, nenhuma evidência clínica de doenças transmissíveis nos centros de coleta de sêmen ou nos doadores.
