Seeds of Carpet grass (Axonopus fissifolius), Couch grass (Cynodon dactylon) and Pensacola bahia grass (Paspalum notaum) are to be treated with one of the following fungicide combinations, either:
- thiram at 10grm a.i. per 10kgm seed;
OR
- Carboxin at 8grm a.i. per 10kgm seed and captan at 7grm a.i. per 10kgm seed;
OR
- Imazalil at 0.8grm a.i. per 10kgm seed and triadimenol at 2.2grm a.i. per 10kgm seed;
OR
- Imazalil at 0.8 grm a.i. per 10kgm seed and flutriafol at 10grm a.i. per 10kgm seed.
Seeds of Shironie millet (Echinochloa escuenta) to be treated with:
- Carboxin at 8grm a.i. per 10kgm seed and thiram at 10grm a.i. per 10kgm seed;
OR
- Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and to present to the Department of Agriculture and water Resources Authorised Officer.
The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.Details of treatment are NOT to be certified in the treatment section of the phytosanitary certificate. Treatment details are to be certified as an endorsement only.
Note: The fungicide referred to on New Caledonia import permits as 'flitriafol' is known in Australia as flutriafol.
