Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Endorsement No 998 is only to be endorsed on the Phytosanitary certificates where the import permit specifically states this requirement. Import permits sighted in which there is no specific pest or diseases are to be issued with Nil Additional Declaration.
ICR applies to shelled, un-shelled and processed nuts.
