General Requirements

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 3305)
1) Chilean false red mite (Brevipalpus chilensis), Prange tortrix (Argyrotaenia citrana), Oblique banded leafroller (Choristoneura rosaceana), Brownheaded leafroller (Ctenopseustis obliquana), Frosted moth bug (Metcalfa pruinosa), and South American fruit tree weevil (Naupactus xanthographus) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The cuttings were inspected and found free from Citrus flat mite (Brevipalpus lewisi), 6 spotted spider mite (Eotetranychus sexmaculatus), Black-lyre Leafroller Moth (Cnephasia jactatana), Light brown apple moth (Epiphyas postvittana), Pucciniastrum actinidiae and Bacterial leaf blight of tomato (Pseudomonas viridiflava),
3) The plants originate in an area free from Pseudomonas syringae pv actinidiae.

 
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 3306)
