​Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

​Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
 
Explanation of endorsements

Endorsement 6531:
  • A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Leaf blight of grasses (Curvularia australiensis).​
  • The statement "OFFICIAL LABORATORY ANALYSIS NUMBER (NUMBER)" is to be entered in the "Additional product description field" section of the EXDOC Request for Permit (RFP). To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant Program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).​
Endorsement 7691:
