General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds, extraneous material including moulds and any plant residues.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packaging not used previously for other purposes.

MICoR case applies to goods designated as bakery goods and/or mixes by PNG issued permit and PQC 74 conditions.

Consignments must be accompanied by manufacturer's declaration outlining product processes. Exporters should refer to permit for declaration requirements.
