General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Seed must be packed in clean, new packages and each package must have label in English showing botanical name (genus and species) of seed, quantity and country of origin.
