General Requirements

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
 
In-vitro vegetative material means plant material developed in an artificial nutrient medium under aseptic conditions and enclosed in a previously sterilised container (test tubes, flasks, glass jars and other equivalents).

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
 
Consignments will be subject to phytosanitary inspection at the point of entry to Mexico.
